Lake Roosevelt High School Graduation Requirement

English  (4) Credits - 9th through 12th grade  

Mathematics (3) * Credits - Alg 1, Geometry, and 1 other math course

Social Studies (3) Credits - World History, US History, Current World Problems/Civics

Science (3) Credits - Physical Science, Biology, and 1 other science course

Arts (Fine & Performing) (2)  Credits**

World Language (2) Credits ***

Physical Education (2) Credits

Occupational Education (1) Credit ****

Electives (4) Credits 

24 TOTAL CREDITS

* Alegbra 1 and Geometry are required plus a 3rd year of math, either Alg II, Accounting, Bridge to College Math, etc.

** Fine Arts can be Art, Ceramics, Band or Chorus....(2) credits for art or  (1) credit within Personalized Pathway Class

*** World Language- (2) credits within the same language or (2) credits within Personalized Pathway Class

****Occupational Ed- (1) credit wood shop, welding, technology, auto, several business classes, etc.

Personalized Pathways Requirements are related to courses that lead to a specific post-high school career or educational outcome chosen by the student based on the student's interest and the High School & Beyond Plan. 

Students can waive the 2nd year of Art and/or World Languages with explanation of a personal pathway.

 50 Community Service Hours are required at the time of graduation.
