It's cold and flu season again,
Please remember good hand hygiene starts at home. Encourage your child to wash their hands before and after eating, going to the bathroom, blowing their nose and using the phones.
Also at school we teach children to cough and sneeze into their arms/elbows. This is something you may want to try with them at home.
With the cold weather we are seeing an increase in lice. Remind children not to share hats and coats with other children. Check your kids hair for lice and nits frequently. Please keep your child home if they are ill.
