    The Washington State Title 1, Part C program in our district is federally funded to ensure high quality education and supplemental support services for American Indian and Alaska Native students, whose treaty-protected, migratory lifeways in seasonal locations for fishing and gathering are recognized.

    Eligibility

    • A student is no older than 21 years old.
    • A student joins a parent/guardian in migratory agriculture or fishing during the year, which may involve traveling out of the area for periods of time.
    • Eligibility may include access to the Migrant Health Program or the Native Voices Arts Academy.
