Important information for 2008-2009 Sophomore and
Junior students in the Grand Coulee Dam School District that did
not receive their Reading and Writing Scores from the Spring 2009
WASL Tests. The Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction
(OSPI) instructed that all students that did not receive their
test scores be Pre-Registered for the August WASL by the District’s
Assessment Coordinator.
Test Scores for Reading and Writing are expected to be released
to the District on July 22nd. After scores are received, letters
indicating test scores will be mailed home to parent/guardians
and students. At that time, students and their parent/guardians
will be able to decide if they would like to participate in the
August WASL Test Administration scheduled for August 10th –
13th. Test booklets will be available on site for any student
that chooses to participate. Please go to the home page for further
