A two-semester senior social studies class. It consists of current problems and issues facing our community, our country and our world. The class focuses on Human Rights, Environmental Issues, Globalization and the Economy, and Civic Action and Responsibility. Students will focus on the areas of Civics, Economics, Geography, History and Social Studies Skills. The class is designed to enable students to prepare themselves to be active and productive citizens regardless of their future vocation.
